Auction
We take a team approach to auctions. If your organization's volunteers set the tables and the room you can expect to pay far less. We also provide you with linens and table service at our cost. To make this easy, we meet before the event at the venue to help determine the best set up.
When your guests arrive, we're there with appetizers passed and placed amongst the auction items.
For the main meal, you have several options:
- Family style - Guests come to a table set with platters and begin eating, so that when your speakers start the program, they will be focusing on them.
- Tapas - See the Appetizer section for choices. It's filling and fun and comes with a big green salad.
- Buffet

- Special meal for the volunteers? Just ask.
Entrees
- Green curry chicken legs and thighs
- Chicken paprikash - boneless chicken served on a bed of noodles; semi-spicy
- Pesto chicken breast skewers
- Tuscan chicken - legs and thighs with rosemary, garlic, lemon
- Lemon chicken with polenta and peppers
- Wild salmon with lemon, mustard and herbs
- Black cod fish cakes
- Polenta with roasted peppers, pesto and salmon or chicken
- Mediterranean fish salad-mahi mahi with potatoes, olives and a Dijon vinaigrette (smoked white king salmon is also possible)
- Cassoulet - French beans cooked forever with tomatoes, peppers and herbs-with chicken
- Whitefish with cilantro pesto stuffed in red chard
Vegetarian
- Marinated tofu
- Chole - curried garbanzos in a spicy tomato sauce (served with rice)
- Grilled eggplant with roasted peppers and fresh mozzarella
- Portabella mushrooms stuffed with polenta
Pastas and Grains
- Curried penne with snap peas
- Wild rice pilaf
- Baby red potatoes with rosemary, caramelized onions and garlic
- Polenta with walnuts and mint
- Pesto pasta with roasted peppers; pasta with marinara
- Szechuan noodles - thin, spicy noodles w/ cilantro, peppers, cashews (cold)
Appetizers
- Smoked salmon, eel, octopus and vegetarian sushi
- Vietnamese rice paper rolls with portabellas and roasted peppers or green curry shrimp
- Steamed Potstickers filled with turkey sausage or shiitakes, ginger, mint and greens
- Yakitori chicken breasts
- Octopus and squid with mint, red onions and ginger
- Calamari and capers - pan fried with red onions, sweet peppers
- Smoked white king salmon cakes
- Kabobs-Moroccan chicken or lamb with garlic and oregano
- Cajun catfish balls with cilantro and roasted garlic
- Brie baked in brioche
- Grape leaves stuffed with mint, garlic, rice, nuts
- Vegetable cakes - potato or parsnip/cilantro or chard/onion/yam
