Wedding or Commitment Ceremony
Our work is to bring you delicious food, but also to help the day be calm. This starts with the menu planning: one price includes everything that has anything to do with the serving or the eating of the food -place settings, linens, service, food. It continues with a celebration that is punctual but never hurried. Our experience is primarily with buffet and family style meals. Ask for a free estimate.

- Pesto - more a thin green garlicky lemony glaze than a real pesto

- Fresh tarragon, soy sauce, sesame oil and pickled ginger
- Veracruzana - a spicy tomato sauce with cumin and capers
- Wild mushrooms and sea vegetables
- Seasonal fish wrapped in chard or collards

Spreads
The spreads are served with a choice of different breads, crackers or chips as appropriate. The breads include: potato garlic bread served in triangles, challah, foccacia, onion-herb, plain or buckwheat/rye baguette.
- Whipped goat cheese with mint
- Melitzana - less garlicky eggplant than baba with roasted peppers and cinnamon
- Guacamole - served with chips
- Feta/chevre tortes - this looks like a big, beautiful three-layer birthday cake with sundried tomatoes, pesto and black olive tapenade as the frosting
- Hummus - garbanzo bean, garlic, cumin and lemon
- Babaganouj - eggplant, tahini, and garlic
- Roasted garlic
- Italian salsa - chopped fresh tomatoes with garlic, basil and balsamic vinegar
- Fresh mozzarella with fresh herbs, red onions and garlic
